Not unusual...Vienna wouldn't let Taco Bell open because of their sign

The zoning ordnance along 123 in Vienna restricts the number of colors that a sign can have. Taco Bell's had too many. They had to use an alternate sigh with fewer colors to get zoning approval to open.
